Why Seminary Hill?
Seminary Hill is home to a Catskills hotel, restaurant, and working cidery overlooking the Delaware River Valley. In our tasting room, you can host up to 100 people; outside, under the tent, you can invite up to 250 people for a celebration with the Western Catskills as your backdrop.
We offer a variety of decor and design materials, including reception tables, chairs, signs, tiki-torch lighting, and lawn games. Our property manager helps facilitate setup, breakdown, and cleanup. Best of all, we have a New York State Farm Winery License to help you plan a special menu featuring our delicious cider and our curated selection of New York-labeled wine, beer, spirits, and cocktails to accompany your family-style meal!
INDOOR / OUTDOOR VENUES
Our 1,500-tree orchard overlooks a historic former seminary, while The Tasting Room at The Cidery offers floor-to-ceiling windows with spectacular views of the Delaware River Valley and an adjacent 250-person outdoor tent.
Stay & Dine at Seminary Hill
The Boarding House at Seminary Hill, The Mountain House, The Old Ross House, and The House on Upper Main can accommodate more than 50 guests, while The Tasting Room, our full-service restaurant, is available for catering and private dining during your wedding.
