From Vermont kitchens to off-grid homesteads in Maine, Joshua Hinchman’s journey is as unique as the ciders he crafts. He trained under the legendary John Bunker, honed his skills at Fable Farm, and now brings his passion for sustainability and varietal ciders to Seminary Hill as our head cider maker.
