Lisa Lebofsky Live at Seminary Hill for Callicoon Artwalk

Callicoon Artwalk brings artists and visitors together throughout the hamlet, and this year Seminary Hill is part of the celebration. On Saturday, October 11, artist Lisa Lebofsky will be plein air painting live from 1–3 PM at The Tasting Room.

Lebofsky is best known for her luminous landscapes and seascapes, including the iceberg featured in Season 2 of Apple TV’s Severance. Her practice takes her across the globe, often to remote and rugged environments, where she immerses herself in the land and culture before translating those experiences onto canvas.

At Seminary Hill, you’ll have the chance to watch her process in real time. See how she gathers inspiration from the Catskills and the Delaware River Valley, and explore her works on display at The Tasting Room.

If you’re attending Callicoon Artwalk, make the short trip up the hill. Stay for a glass of our cider while taking in sweeping views at the peak of fall foliage. Note that The Tasting Room is closed, but cider and seating will be available outdoors, under the tent, from 1-3 PM.
